A 5-day content pillar framework, planned and scheduled through to posting

Real content planning for "Musika Para Sa Iyo," my own Facebook music page - built around a repeatable weekly structure, not one-off posts.

At a Glance

Business Goal: Keep a content calendar consistent and purposeful, instead of posting reactively with no structure.

My Role: Content pillar planning, weekly scheduling, caption writing.

Tools Used: Metricool, Canva.

Business Impact: A repeatable 5-day content structure with posts scheduled a full month in advance, so content goes out consistently instead of depending on daily last-minute decisions.

The 5-Day Content Pillar

Rather than posting whatever came to mind day to day, I built a fixed weekly rhythm so every post has a clear job: a teaser to build anticipation, a release day, a story-driven post, a recommendation, and an engagement post to close the week.

Musika Para Sa Iyo 5-day content pillar framework
  • Monday - Teaser: builds anticipation ahead of new content
  • Tuesday - New Song Release: the actual release/content drop
  • Wednesday - Music Story: narrative/behind-the-song context
  • Thursday - Music Recommendation: value-add post, not self-promotional
  • Friday - Engagement Post: closes the week by prompting interaction

Scheduled and Executed, Not Just Planned

A framework only matters if it actually gets posted. Below is the real Metricool planning queue showing captions written and scheduled in advance across consecutive dates - not drafted the day of.

Each entry shows a written caption, a scheduled date/time, and a "Pending" publish status - proof of a working posting cadence, not just a content idea on paper.

The Live Page - Real Results

The page itself, live on Facebook - not a mockup. 5.3K followers built on the back of this content structure, with a cover and profile brand identity designed to match the page's emotional-music positioning.
